Houthi rebels in Yemen are claiming that they staged a counterstrike on the U.S.S. Harry Truman on Sunday in response to U.S. strikes that President Trump announced on Houthi military targets over the weekend. NBC News cannot independently verify these claims and the Defense Department has yet to comment. NBC News’ Daniele Hamamdjian has the details.
