Negotiations on Gaza ceasefire's second phase have begun, Egypt says
Egypt said that talks between Israel and Hamas on the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire started Thursday in Cairo. The first phase of the truce, which came into effect over a month ago, is set to expire Saturday following several prisoners-for-hostages exchanges.
