Sophie told her followers: ‘I feel like my Dad taught me everything I needed to know, except how to live without him.’

She then thanked those who had reached out for their ‘overwhelming amount of love and support’.

‘I see you and I’m so so grateful’, she said. ‘Thank you for being patient with me while I try to find my feet again alongside my family, who I am SO incredibly proud of and who I love with my whole heart.’

In the caption of the post, she added, ‘I wanted to come on here and say thank you so much for all the overwhelming love and support.

‘I may not be able to get back to you all right now, but I see you and I am so grateful.’
